- Shipping & Delivery
- Walton Media will ship out all orders within 1-3 business days of order. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination of merchandise ordered and selected shipping speed. All merchandise will be shipped out via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box.
- Return Policy
- Walton Media is committed to customer satisfaction. We will reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet our customers' delivery and quality expectations. However, we cannot take responsibility for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process, nor can we assume responsibility for errors after final proof approval has been submitted.
Walton Media guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact Customer Support within 10 days of receiving your order. If you have not received your order by the time it was promised, please contact Customer Support within ten days from the date it was promised to arrive. You may return any unsatisfactory merchandise within 10 days of delivery to Walton Media, Attn: RETURNS, 1360 US Hwy 78 East, Monroe, GA 30655. A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days by the same method that the merchandise was paid for.
